Discovery Program, Inc., a subsidiary of NILD, offers a variety of academic and cognitive
programs for children throughout the school year and during the summer. Programs of
specific educational intervention include the following:

- NILD EDUCATIONAL THERAPY® (for children age 7 - college age)
- SEARCH & TEACH© (for children ages 5-7)
- FEUERSTEIN INSTRUMENTAL ENRICHMENT (FIE) BASIC (for children ages 3-5)
- Rx FOR DISCOVERY READING® (for children ages 6-17)
These programs develop children's academic skills such as reading, spelling, and
math, improve written expression skills, and enhance their thinking and problem
solving skills. All programs are one-on-one except FIE Basic and Rx for Discovery
Reading, which are conducted in small groups of 3-4 students. Discovery Program,
Inc. has several Virginia offices located in Norfolk, Newport News, Suffolk, Chesapeake
and Virginia Beach.
